Bruyère Continuing Care
Our team collaborated with Bruyère's staff and Users' groups to deliver the Programming document for the Bruyère Village. Following the Programming initiative, full Architectural Services were provided for the realization of the project.

The Bruyère Continuing Care (BCC) Seniors’ Housing Village project creates the foundation for the development of an innovative continuum of care community in Ottawa-East. With the existing Saint-Louis Residence long-term care facility at the core of the Seniors’ Village; BCC will expand its current care mandate to provide housing to eligible seniors in new apartment complexes. Four new buildings are under construction and when completed in 2013 will provide 227 apartment units. The overall village complex currently consists of three independent three-storey wood framed apartment buildings adjacent to the Saint-Louis Residence (SLR) and a four-storey poured concrete apartment building directly connected to the existing long-term care SLR building.
