PRICEWATERHOUSECOOPERS Based on our successful completion of their Manulife premises in 1985, Pricewaterhouse Coopers Chartered Accountants (formerly Coopers and Lybrand), retained our firm to design their new 3,066 square-metre premises in the Clarica Building in 1997. The spaces were designed as an open-plan concept. Workstation clusters, with low partitions, are at the core of the floor plate, while enclosed offices and meeting rooms are located around the perimeter. The program includes a boardroom, a market research and training room, meeting rooms, executive offices, a reception area, and a waiting area. The entire construction period was three months.
