The project consisted of the interior fit-up of a two-storey 3,758 square-metre building for Environmental Services Canada. The new facility provides office space that accommodates 91 employees. The program included various types of spaces: meeting rooms, a boardroom, open work areas, hotelling work stations (for visitors), kitchenettes, open business centres, shower facilities, and file storage areas.
