Commitment to Sustainability

The firm believes that commitment to sustainability is one of the core responsibilities of architects. We endorse and implement three components of sustainability: Environmental Stewardship, Social Equity, and Economic Stability.

We have implemented sustainable design concepts for over twenty years. Four projects designed by principals of the Firm are LEED registered or certified including the Algonquin ACCE Building, a joint venture with DSAI, which targeted LEED Platinum. We are making a focused effort to implement design practices that will significantly reduce the negative impact of a building on the environment, conserve energy and materials, and serve as a “showcase” of sustainability.
